@soyfree Butternut Squash Ravioli Filling recipe:

1 butternut squash, roasted & blended, mixed with:

2T butter
1/2 cup Parmesean
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt, pepper, parsley to taste

makes enough for a 1 1/2 lb batch of pasta dough

i'm from an italian family that doesn't like fish, so we do homemade raviolis for christmas eve! trying out some butternut squash ones this year (highly controversial)

found out that i'm mega-allergic to soy recently, and there's soy in basically every industrially-made carb on the planet, so there will probably be quite a bit of that kinda thing from me
