My gfs mom picked up a bunch of peaches from costco recently so I made peach upside down cake! I used this recipe:
It was super easy and turned out delicious! Light fluffy crumb, and perfectly sweet. I made some adjustments to the recipe though. I used a cast iron skillet because we didnt have a 9in round. I think it cooked a little bit faster because of this though i ended up pulling it out of the oven at 40mins. I also made a caramel sauce with the sauce left in the pans but idk it might have been better to have left it alone. It pushed the sweetness way up. It still wasnt overly sweet tho! Really yummy recipe!!!
