Help i impulse made a bowl of pudding!!!! What do i do with it?!

Super easy lunch hack if you have a rice cooker is to put chopped veggies in with your rice or whatever grain youre cooking and put it on the quick cook setting if you have it. If it cooks for a long time your veggies might get mushy. Then when its done make a quick sauce for it and you have a easy rice bowl! I tried this today with barley carrots broccoli and bok choy. I made a sauce with half a lime, soy sauce, and sambal. Its really good if you dont have spoons or time. You could probably make things even quicker with frozen veggies and premade sauce!

My gfs mom picked up a bunch of peaches from costco recently so I made peach upside down cake! I used this recipe: tasteofhome.com/recipes/upside
It was super easy and turned out delicious! Light fluffy crumb, and perfectly sweet. I made some adjustments to the recipe though. I used a cast iron skillet because we didnt have a 9in round. I think it cooked a little bit faster because of this though i ended up pulling it out of the oven at 40mins. I also made a caramel sauce with the sauce left in the pans but idk it might have been better to have left it alone. It pushed the sweetness way up. It still wasnt overly sweet tho! Really yummy recipe!!!

Tonight I'm planning to cook vegan fried chicken! I'm using marys test kitchens recipe! I'm going to be making lots of not so vegan substitutions so be warned. I dont know what sauce im going to make for it either but I'm excited! I also highly recommend marys blog and her YouTube channel. She has such a soothing positive energy and her recipes are amazing!
