Not my best looking or best tasting (butter a little burned, hollandaise got cold on account of it's December, eggs are a tiny bit too set although still runny). But Christmas morning eggs Benny!! (I know they have like, different names if they're with salmon and spinach like these are. But I honestly don't really care 😂)

@mdszy 2 tsp active dry yeast, 3 cups bread flour, 1 1/2 tsp salt (I go with half or a third of that), 2 tsp granulated sugar, 1 1/4 cups plus 1 Tbs of water.
let the bread machine knead & rise the dough once. let it knead it a second time. then take dough out, divide it in 1/2. roll each 1/2, place in baguette pan. glaze with egg white. (or aquafaba). slash each 1/2 diagonally 5 times with a knife. allow to rise for 45-60 mins. bake in preheated oven at 400 F for 25-30 mins.

they are now setting so hopefully in an hour or so i can stand them all up as they should go. definitely this was more annoying than rolling the cake up but i think they will still look cute when they are all assembled on the cake ? i hope ?

found out that i'm mega-allergic to soy recently, and there's soy in basically every industrially-made carb on the planet, so there will probably be quite a bit of that kinda thing from me
