Decided to give Nat’s What I Reckon’s fried rice a go and it came out delicious. Paired it with a chenin blanc, which hit the spot.

Here’s some recent things I’ve made and/or enjoyed. Chili prep, a really good omelette, a 5 year cellared Three Philosophers, and fajita night with a local Irish red and way too much hot sauce. I love hot sauce.
